About Us
Multiceras was founded in 1978 under the name Baldini, and since 1986 it has been entirely owned by a Mexican family. In addition to manufacturing different blends of natural and petroleum-derived waxes, Multiceras began the production of wax rings for the plumbing industry. In 2000, Aztec Plumbing was founded, and since then, it has overseen the production of wax rings under the customers’ private labels.
The companies’ R&D and Innovation teams have made it possible to develop creative solutions and offer different products to customers in industries as diverse as cosmetics, paper, inks, construction, and plumbing. Each of these industries has specific markets and requires tailor-made products, so it was decided to create Strategic Business Units.
In order to take advantage of the synergies and learnings obtained in the different businesses of the organization, in 2021, the Board of Directors of the companies Multiceras and Aztec Plumbing decided to form the Corzen Group. In addition to these companies, the group has Arca Chemicals, which has been operating in the United States since 2008, and the Volkom Strategic Business Unit mainly focused on the construction and metal-mechanic industries.

The company was founded under the name Baldini

The first production plant was established in Saltillo, Coahuila
1981
The plant was relocated to Santa Catarina, Nuevo León
1983
The company started the production of wax rings for the plumbing industry
1985
The company was divided into Multiceras for the manufacture and commercialization of waxes, and Multiquim for the distribution of chemical products
1990
The current production plant and corporate offices were built in García, Nuevo León
1991
Aztec Plumbing began as an independent company

Multiquim was sold to Noveon, Inc.

Candelilla Institute was founded

Arca Chemicals was established in United States

Multiceras and Aztec Plumbing adhered to the UN Global Compact and began to present sustainability reports the following year

Multiceras received the Socially Responsible Company award from CEMEFI (Mexican Center for Philanthropy)
